Can a building breathe?
Introducing Tesserae ColorMorph Material.
Tesserae ColorMorph Material, or CM, can be thought of as a simple fabric with a remarkable ability—it can change color, simply and fundamentally, the way a chameleon changes color, only over a more full range of hues and in a way that is entirely under your control.

CM is not a single product but rather a patent pending technology that allows you to apply the concept of dynamic color change to almost any application you can imagine, across any number of form factors. As a substrate in bricks or tiles, sandwiched between glass, or molded into curves between acrylic sheets—or used in a thousand ways we haven’t thought of yet—CM allows you to introduce a new expression of color, unfolding over time, adding a sense of life and rhythm to your work.
CM marries this chameleon-like ability to change with electronic control that can be as simple or as sophisticated as you desire, responding to direct input or to environmental cues, such as the temperature, the availability and quality of natural light or the number of people in a space. CM makes it possible to give a sense of life and participation to something we usually think of as inert.
